1: download mgltools from autodock downloading website.
	a: choose the one with the "_install" at the end
2: give executing permissions to this newly downloaded program:
	chmod 777 mgltools_Linux-x86_64_1.5.6_install
3: run the program:
	./mgltools_Linux-x86_64_1.5.6_install
4: go through the wizard
5: find where you chose to install it, and open the README file
	a: copy bash path from the README 
6: add the path to .bashrc
	sudo nano ~/.bashrc
7: make sure to update, upgrade, autoremove all Ubuntu OS software
8: exit out of the terminal; open a new one; type "adt" and see if it works
